10K and counting....!

Its true... three months, twelve weeks... and BRBG has reached the 10,000 copies mark! It is now in it's third reprint!!!

I'm so excited and thankful for all the support that people have shown. I cannot get over the fact that something so close to my heart - now in the public domain - has had the same effect on so many that it had on me.

So once again, thanks to all those who read it, enjoyed it, spread the word about it and made it successful beyond what I could ever have imagined.

hi, anirban
Am a doc too, and reading your book made me go through those emotional highs and lows of MBBS. A very good unputdownable book, started off as a medical college story but you took off on a different road three quarters down the way. But that worked too. I especially liked the way you developed the love story. it was well concieved and neatly dealt with at the end.
Come up with more of the same,
Congrats and wishing you many more writing success
Raghu

Hi Anirban!
I picked up ur book last week while I was at the airport in bombay.
The title caught my attention and I bought it and instantly started reading it on my flight back.
The descriptions that u give of all the places bombay, make me actually visualise them.
A very well written book and I must say that the way U creeped a love story in is commendable.
Well done.

Great Stuff. After the first 100 pages, I sent off a couple of copies to old college friends. Wish these sissy justices would stop discouraging ragging: the stuff that makes a man.

Thank YOU..Anirban Sir..for writing and giving meaning to this book. Finished reading it today..and after a really long time a book was able to generate interest..so much so that I was stuck to it for the entire day.
I can say nothing much as an amateur..other than that the book touched me in more ways than one!

Best wishes,
Soumya

Dear Dr. Anirban,

I bought your book yesterday at Hyderabad Airport, and have finsished reading it. I just couldnt put the book down and strangely its just the second book Ive read in close to 10 years. The other one being Dan Brown's Angels and Demons.

It was quite a fascinating read, and I could relate to it as I was an introvert from Thane who studied in St. Xaviers next to GMC and my persona changed completely, Much like your character Adi.

Great work on the book and I cant wait for the short stories to come out next.

Dr. Bose, I had two things which I wanted to ask you regarding BRBG
1) Did Renuka reunite with Neil?
2)Is your reference to Isha your wife? Did both of you study at GMC?
If its too personal please ignore.

Finally are you on Facebook by any chance. You have close to 500 odd followers there for the BRBG page.

Hi Rohan,
The answer to your second question is yes and first question is that Neil was my imagination... sorry to dissappoint!
I'm on FB... here is my link
